We are proud to have been part of Info-Tech Research Group’s transformation of a Victorian factory into their new, state-of-the-art office space.  The challenge: create a high-tech modern design while maintaining the building’s historic character and industrial feel.  Our team worked alongside project architects to design both exterior and interior glass, which featured custom fit glass around existing piping and HVAC systems, custom infill glass to create office spaces within the existing columns and structure, an exterior base shoe railing system along the rooftop patio, aluminum framing to create full-height office partitions and server closets, and refurbished existing iron framing and installed new glass into these frames.
